Trading National for Red V23=2
Remco Evenepoel (Soudal-Quick Step) had the legs to outsprint Jonas Vingegaard (Jumbo-Visma) to claim stage three of the Vuelta. By taking the stage, he also trades in his Belgium National Champion jersey for the Red Jersey of race leader. He is reclaiming the jersey after winning the race in 2022.
