Shaking Out a Cramp

Stage 13 was the longest stage of the 2012 Giro d'Italia and this group of riders spent the lion share of the day out front in a long breakaway. Having just crested a steep hill and the cyclist for Fantini-Selle Italia started shaking out his quad muscles trying to ease some cramping muscle, we can only assume that the Argos-Shimano rider is drinking water to help prevent the same fate.
