Hitting the Corner
Once the breakaway had gotten over six minutes on the peleton, some of the teams not represented decided it was time to chase them down. On this corner climbing above the sea Team Blanco has come to the front to start the chase. Right behind them is Omega - Pharma Quick Step followed by Fastinie-Selle Italia, while their rider is up ahead, they want to be in place to play another ploy should their man get caught.
