Oh, God No!
This is a continuation of my series revisiting paintings from art history, and my own past as well. This is based on an experience on the James River while I was in college. Bridget and I were on the beach with a good friend Bean Garby. We were interrupted by an unwanted visit from a completely nude Wolfgang. Fortunately, after Bean said, "Oh God, No!" he got the hint and left. This painting takes its inspiration from Degas' "Dejeune sur la Grasse"
