Salute!
This is based on my on going series of small postcard size watercolor and ink sketches that are created while watching professional bike racing on live TV or video feeds online. This however is a full scale Shiva Paintstik painting capturing Arthur Vichot crossing the finishing line on the Avenue des Anglais in Nice, France on the final day of racing in the spring stage race, Paris Nice. Vichot is the French National Road Racing Champion and because of that is wearing the French Tricolore Jersey as he wins in France.
