Good Dog, Lucy!
Driving home late at night I saw a dog sitting beside her owner who was passed out in the grass at the edge of the road. As I stopped, she ran up to me excitedly getting me to go help her person. He was unresponsive so I called 911 and the local fire department responded and save his life. Lucy jumped from each one helping, thanking and encouraging them as they worked. He woke up, but was very close to never breathing again. This painting is also inspired by Rembrandt's "The Anatomy Lesson" You can see it come to life over on my YouTube page, @artofcyclingGreig.
