She Has Her Ups and Downs
Another in my ongoing series of oilstick paintings inspired by artworks from art history. This one is more about the title of Picasso's "Nude Descending a Staircase" than it is about the actual painting. No disrespect to Picasso's artwork. This is my darling wife Bridget Gethins descending our stairs in her stair chair accompanied by her constant companions, Cleo and Pippin.
