Making a Pass G17-67
Luis Leon Sanchez (Astana) picked up where he left off from the last two stages. While today was not a road stage, Sanchez was still burning up the road, today against the clock. He was able to catch his two minute man, the American Chad Haga (Team Sunweb), and at least the man ahead of Haga as well. Sanchez had the best time when he crossed the line, but given his position in the start list, he would have to wait awhile to see if he would take the day.
