Flying French Man
I am a fan of puns, so this title is a play on the famous opera, The Flying Dutchman. Sylvain Chavanel is the current French National Time Trial Champion, so he is deck out in the tricolor flag. He rides for Omega Pharma Quickstep, but he wears in country's colors in the time trial today.
